Payment & Pricing

The prices advertised on this site are for Internet orders. Prices and the availability of items are subject to change without notice. List prices used on this site are the manufacturers' suggested retail prices and may not be indicative of the actual selling prices in your area. Any reference to 'savings' used on this site indicates the average savings off the list price. Your actual savings may vary depending upon the goods purchased and the date of the transaction. We reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers. We are not responsible for typographical or photographic errors.

Airline Stationery Co. Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Optima, Diner's Club, JCB and Discover credit cards for all purchases. In addition we offer Net 30 terms to approved corporate charge account clients. To fill out our corporate charge account application, please click here.

Shipping & Handling

Orders placed by 5:00PM local time are generally delivered the next business day. Depending on the weight and size of your orders, they may be delivered by either UPS or common carrier trucking.

Orders are not shipped on the following holidays:

  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day
  • New Year's Eve
  • New Year's Day
We can only ship to the 48 contiguous United States (Hawaii and Alaska are excluded). We cannot ship to territories or commonwealths such as Guam, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands, or to P.O. or A.P.O. boxes.

Cancellations & Returns

All products sold by Airline Stationery Co. Inc. are covered under our 60-day guarantee. Items can be returned for refund or replacement subject to certain restrictions. All products must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Airline Stationery Co. Inc. or the product manufacturer. The RMA is valid for 15 days from date of issuance. Retain all delivery receipts for reference purposes. Our packing slips contain the forms necessary to process your return, and returns are only accepted accompanied by this form.

Refused or undeliverable shipments are subject to a restocking fee of 15% plus applicable shipping fees. Items can be returned for refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions:

  • All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
  • Defective consumables (toner cartridges, refills, etc.) are non-refundable unless returned in their original packaging.
  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid to the address shown on our RMA, unless an error was made on our part. In such cases, we will arrange to pick up your return.
  • All non-product related fees (shipping and transaction) are non-refundable when the return is due to customer error.
Special Order Furniture Set Up orders cannot be returned for any reason after they have been accepted for delivery. When accepting a Special Order Furniture Set Up order, inspect the merchandise carefully. If there is damage or the item is defective, call Customer Service immediately at 212-532-6525. If you are unable to reach our Customer Service Department for any reason, refuse the delivery. If merchandise is damaged or defective, a restocking fee will not be assessed.

Airline Stationery Co. Inc. reserves the right to cancel a sale or to issue a RMA for merchandise advertised in error, unexpectedly out of stock, does not conform to specifications, or was shipped in error.


Airline Stationery Co. Inc. currently offers over 300,000 items for sale. We pride ourselves on maintaining an extremely high level of inventory in all of our distribution facilities. On occasion, a particular item may be out of stock at the facility closest to your office. If an item is out of stock, we advise you of this information at the time of your order. You may contact our Customer Service Department to check the availability of an item at another facility and additional shipping charges may apply if you choose to order an item from a facility outside of your area. Items that are out of stock are placed on backorder and shipped to you as soon as they become available. To check the status of an order, visit the Open Orders area of our site after you login.


We only collect sales tax on shipments made within the states of New York and New Jersey. We only accept reseller or tax-exempt certificates if they are submitted prior to making your purchase. To submit your tax-exempt certificate, call our Customer Service Department at 212-532-6525.

Tracking Orders

Airline Stationery Co. Inc. ships all merchandise by either UPS or common carrier trucking. Orders that exceed UPS requirements pertaining to size and weight are shipped via local common carrier trucking. All orders placed by 5:00PM local time are generally delivered the next business day. If you have placed a special order Furniture Set Up order, please be advised that these deliveries generally take 3-5 days.
